How to Train

Most facilities offer whole body vibration training as part of personal training or physical therapy. Personally, I am oriented towards assisting people in improving the quality of their life, and encourage people to use me as little as possible and become independent as soon as possible. I prefer to think of myself as an introduction and guide to training ideas/possibilities with these machines. I have been using this technology, in one form or another, for several years, and have a good grasp of the underlying scientific principles that unite all forms of sensory/vibrational technology.

My rate for personal instruction is $30 for 30 minutes. For your very first training session, I recommend flying solo, but once you've grasped the principles, I can accomodate up to 3 people at once in a kind of circuit training. The price is the same $30/30. At the beginning, 30 min should be plenty, but as you become accustomed to the sensations generated by whole body vibration training machines, you may want to extend your time and eliminate my involvement completely. My goal would be to have you become independent and actualized in the use of the machines ASAP, and only tap my knowledge anytime thereafter when you experience a plateau on your experience, want to try something new, or want to delve deeper.
