The location is in Long Beach. A variety of whole body vibration machines are actually located in the yoga studio and the fitness studio, and we'll use the facility that best suits your needs and training objectives.

You should dress informally, appropriate for physical activity. Depending on what approach we take, you could be standing with both feet on the machine, squatting, one foot on, one off, lying on your back (back pain relief). Sneakers are a must, although some of the machines work best with bare feel or socks.

If you are a pilates instructor or certified personal trainer with a small facility and you are interested in getting into whole body vibration, I can give you an overview of the different technologies, help you select one based on your clientele, and even possibly assist you in getting a much better price on a machine.
